LANDINI, FERNANDO

Simpatica figura di commerciante attivo ed intraprendente, ben noto nel mondo commerciale della City. Diplomato all'Istituto tecnico di Firenze, ove nacque il 1903, indi Ufficiale di Artigleria da costa, pur avendo dinanzi a sè una brillante carriera egli preferì il commercio ed a tal fine si stabilì a Londra alcuni anni fa. Prima direttore di compagnie commerciali, poscia titolare di una propria azienda che, man mano allargandosi il giro d'affari, ha mutato in una compagnia Ltd. "British-Italian Trading Co. Ltd". che si occupa specialmente degli scambi tra l'Italia e l'Impero e il Regno Unito, suoi Domini e Colonie. Il Landini è un Fascista di vecchia data ed un munifico contribuente alle opere assistenziali del Fascio.

Translation

A likeable figure of an active and enterprising businessman, well known in the commercial world of the City. Graduated from the Technical Institute of Florence, where he was born 1903, then became an Officer of the Coastal Artillery; despite having before him a brilliant career he preferred trade and to this end he settled in London a few years ago. First as a Director of commercial companies, then owner of a company that, as the turnover increased, he changed into the company "British-Italian Trading Co. Ltd." that deals particularly with the trade between Italy and it's Empire and the United Kingdom, it's dominions and colonies.

Landini is a longtime Fascist and a generous contributor to charitable works of the Fascio.
